Terms of Service
Welcome to Arjestahelpompaa.fi (the "Service"). These Terms form an agreement between you (the "User") and the Service provider. By using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. Service description
Arjestahelpompaa.fi is a family organizer and meal-planning app powered by AI (Claude Sonnet 4.5). The Service is provided "as is".
2. Account and family
No separate registration is required. Your family is identified by a randomly generated family code. You are responsible for keeping your code private.
3. Paid subscription (Premium)
Premium costs €4.99 / 30 days. It is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal. Payment is handled by Stripe, Inc. under Stripe's own terms.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the Service is digital content, this right expires once you have started using Premium AI features.
5. Prohibited use
You may not: (a) attempt to circumvent payment, (b) scrape the Service automatically, (c) share illegal content, (d) overload the Service infrastructure.
6. AI limitations
AI-generated content is a suggestion, not professional nutritional or medical advice. Always verify allergens and suitability for your family.
7. Intellectual property
The Service's source code, design and brand belong to the provider. Your own content (tasks, favorites, child data) remains yours.
8. Liability limitation
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The maximum liability is the amount of the current subscription period.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are first attempted to be resolved by negotiation; otherwise in the District Court of Helsinki.
